Delete your AgroLink account & data
If you no longer wish to use AgroLink, you can delete your account and all associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app — use the form below.
In-app deletion:
Open AgroLink →
Profile → Account → Delete account.
The in-app option removes your account immediately.
What we will delete
- First name, last name
- Email address and phone number
- Profile photo and profile information
- Business or farm name and description
- Location: country, region, district, county, sub-county, parish, village, address, latitude, longitude
- Gender and date of birth
- Device push token
- Password hash, password reset codes, OTP codes
- Login and session records
- Listings, photos, and messages you posted
What we will keep
- Financial & tax records — up to 7 years, required by Ugandan law.
- Fraud & security logs — up to 24 months, then anonymised.
- Data under a legal order — kept only while the order applies.
Retained data is stored securely and never used for advertising or marketing.
How long it takes

Your account and data are deleted.
Delete your account
Enter the email address linked to your AgroLink account. We will look it up and permanently delete the account and the personal data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
Things you should know
- Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored.
- Deletion is not account freezing. We do not "disable" or "suspend" accounts in place of deletion — the data is removed.
- Completed orders. Deleting your account does not cancel or reverse transactions that have already taken place.
- Google Play users. If you installed AgroLink from Google Play, this web page is the required external deletion route. You do not need to reinstall the app.
